Accessibility Statement
VYRA DATA INC. is committed to providing a website, Insights SaaS application, and customer-facing documentation that are accessible to the widest possible audience, regardless of ability or technology.
Conformance target
Our target is conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA for vyradata.com, the Insights application at app.vyradata.com, and the merchandise store at shop.vyradata.com.
Accessibility is treated as a continuous activity rather than a one-time audit. Reviews and remediation are part of every release cycle.
AODA (Ontario)
For Ontario customers, VYRA Data commits to meeting the applicable requirements of the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act, 2005 (AODA) and the Integrated Accessibility Standards Regulation (IASR) as they apply to our organization.
We provide accessible customer service and accept feedback through any of the channels listed below.
What we have done
- Semantic HTML structure (landmarks, headings, lists, labels).
- Keyboard-operable navigation; visible focus indicators.
- Sufficient colour contrast (4.5:1 for body text, 3:1 for large text and UI components).
- Alternative text on informative images; decorative imagery marked aria-hidden.
- Form fields with explicit labels and inline error messages.
- Reduced-motion handling: animations respect the
prefers-reduced-motionmedia query. - Skip-to-content link on every page.
- Captions on key product videos; transcripts on request.
Known limitations
We are honest about where we are still working. Current known gaps:
- French (Quebec) translations of the legal pages are forthcoming for Quebec Law 25 conformance. In the interim, French-language requests are answered by email.
- Some embedded charts in the Insights application currently lack a full keyboard alternative. A data-table fallback is on the roadmap.
- Some marketing illustrations (the VYN character poses) are decorative and use aria-hidden; descriptive alt text is not provided for these.
- Older blog posts published before May 2026 may have inconsistent heading structure. Newer posts follow the standard.
Feedback and accommodation requests
If you encounter an accessibility barrier on our website, in the Insights application, or in our customer-facing communications, please contact us:
Please include the URL or screen where you encountered the barrier, the assistive technology you were using (screen reader, magnifier, voice control, etc.), and the outcome you were trying to achieve. We will respond within 5 business days and work with you on an alternative format or fix.
Accessible formats
On request, we provide accessible formats of public-facing content (large-print, plain-language summary, accessible PDF) at no cost. Email support@vyradata.com with the subject “Accessibility Feedback.”
