Subprocessor List

This is the canonical list of subprocessors VYRA Data uses to deliver the marketing site at vyradata.com, the Insights SaaS at app.vyradata.com, and the merchandise store at shop.vyradata.com. The list is current as of the date above and is the controlling reference for Privacy §8 and DPA §4.

How we add or change a subprocessor

VYRA Data may add or replace subprocessors over time. Per the DPA §4:

  • We post at least 30 days’ notice here before a new subprocessor begins processing customer personal data.
  • Customers with a signed DPA may object to a proposed subprocessor on reasonable data-protection grounds during the notice period.
  • We impose contractual obligations on each subprocessor that are no less protective than the DPA, and we remain liable for the acts and omissions of our subprocessors.
