What the Studio is.

One brand. Three tracks.

Vyra runs three commercial tracks under one brand. Systems is where we deliver client work. Products is where we compound: VYRA Insights, VYRA Life, VYRA CRM. Studio is the third track. It's where we prove we can ship creative product end-to-end.

Why a studio needs a studio.

Every long-running hybrid we admire shipped creative product that wasn't a B2B SaaS. Tiny had Letterboxd. MetaLab had Flow. 37signals had Basecamp. Vyra Data Studio is ours. The job is the proof, not the cash.

A single-player strategy game from a Halifax studio. One continent. Eight regions. Two AI opponents that don't pull punches.

Keepfall is Vyra Data Studio's first project. The Studio Demo ships in 30–45 days: free, invite-only, iOS via TestFlight. The full vision (competitive multiplayer, App Store launch, seasons) is a 2027 decision. Right now, we're focused on proving the pipeline.

What “Studio Demo” means.

Game balance, real-time combat feel, and live-ops support are the three things AI cannot compress. The Studio Demo removes all three from the critical path so a three-person studio can actually ship it.

No PvP, so there's no balance work. Scope is small enough to hand-tune, so the feel stays controllable. No live service, so no ops obligations. What we keep is the visual pipeline, the studio brand, and the proof of shipping.

If the Demo lands, we revisit the full Keepfall scaffold in Q4 2026 or Q1 2027. If it doesn't, we've spent 45 days and learned something cheap.
